     The best way to find a good real estate agent is to ask a happy home buyer for a reference.  That’s what I did -   

     When I got ready to sell my house in Portland and to buy a home in Vancouver , I didn’t where to start.  I phoned my niece who had just bought a home in Vancouver and asked for advice.  My niece didn’t hesitate – she told me to stop worrying about the process and all the other details that come with selling and buying a home.  She told me to contact her agent, Becky DeHaan for help.  My niece said that “you’ll appreciate this young woman:  she knows the real estate business, she’s knowledgeable about the Clark County area and the housing market, she’s hard working and persistent when it comes to representing her clients’ needs.”
